A. The Growing Phase (Anagen)- 85-90% of the scalp hairs are in this phase and it lasts for approximately 6 years.
B. The Resting Phase (Catagen)- 1% of the scalp hairs are in this phase and it lasts for approximately 3 weeks.
C. The Falling Out Phase (Telogen)- 10% of the scalp hairs are in this phase and it lasts for approximately 3 months.
