Dr Paul McAndrews has been asked to serve on the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) Board of Governors in 2025-2026.
The current President of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery recently asked Dr. Paul McAndrews to return to the Board of Governors as the new Voting Past President. This organization is dedicated to achieving excellence in patient outcomes by promoting the highest standards of medical practice, medical ethics, and research in the medical hair restoration industry.
Doctor Paul McAndrews has been actively involved in the ISHRS since 1997. He has served as:
- Chairman of the Live Patient Viewing
- Chairman of the Annual Scientific Meeting in Boston in 2012
- Chairman of the Advanced Board Review Course multiple times
- Board of Governors from 2013 – 2023
- Executive Committee from 2018 – 2023
- Treasurer from 2018 – 2019
- Vice-President from 2019 – 2020
- President of the ISHRS in 2020 – 2021
- Immediate Past-President in 2022
